Who do you spend the most time with?
You’re always with yourself. When we say that we spend the most time with ourselves, we are referring to the fact that we are with ourselves 24/7. We are always present with our own thoughts, feelings, and experiences, even when we are surrounded by other people.
While we may spend a significant amount of time with others, whether it be with family, friends, or coworkers, these interactions are often limited in duration and frequency. For example, we might spend 8 hours a day at work with colleagues, but we also spend time alone before and after work, as well as during lunch breaks and weekends.
Additionally, our interactions with others are often focused on specific tasks or activities, such as completing a project or engaging in a shared hobby. These interactions are important and valuable, but they are also temporary and situational. Our relationship with ourselves, on the other hand, is ongoing and constant.
Therefore, the time we spend with ourselves is more continuous and uninterrupted, allowing us to engage in self-reflection, introspection, and personal growth. This time also allows us to develop a deeper understanding of our own thoughts, feelings, and values, which can help us make better decisions and navigate life’s challenges more effectively. I bet you’re thinking damn I really love myself or DAMN, I need a break from myself!
