Another thing that I like to do is keep index cards and writing utensils in my car. Sometimes when I go to a store I will write positive gender neutral compliments on them and pass them out at random to strangers. Extend kindness to yourself by practicing self-care and self-compassion. Volunteer your time or support local charities. Write gratitude letters or send encouraging messages to loved ones.
