Work on the negative

Work on the negative thoughts that come into your mind. The things that make you feel like you always need to be upset at something or someone. That nothing is ever good enough and when things are going good, you think you need to be alert for bad things are on its way. Learn to relax and let life happen. Work on mindfulness and just enjoying the moment. Stay active daily and do what you say you are going to do, not for anyone else but for you. For you owe yourself the accomplishments that are supposed to be coming your way. Focus on your dreams and if you don’t know what they are really meditate on it and write them down as a constant reminder. Don’t allow yourself to be over run by negative thoughts and let the good things you have depart you because you are unstable and have such high expectations that even you don’t live up to. Love yourself and acknowledge that we all are working on ourself, it takes time. It doesn’t happen over the course of time that you are giving it. Bad habits are extremely hard to break.
